  • He hails from Harlem, New York.
  • He has recalled that he started off when he was around 16 years old and every time he would see the MPC, he would crave to play around with it. When he had finally got the scope to get a hold of it, he taught himself how to do it.
  • Ron has recollected that when he had first begun getting his groove, he had found mixing to be the most difficult part about producing. He had to learn how to chop with his manager always teasing him about his chopping. That had made him determined and he had worked on it eventually having learned how to chop up the samples, kicks as well as snares up.
